Dr. bronners
Castille soap is the way to go over most of the chemical and toxic soaps on the market. Dr. Bronner makes pure-castile soap, hair and body care products of the highest quality and are always committed to socially and environmentally responsible products. I’ve been using this soap for almost 10 years and my hands, face and body love the peppermint, citrus, and rose scents. I find it a little too greasy to use on your hair but everywhere else is perfect. I also use their peppermint toothpaste for a bright and white smile :)
PURE SYNERGY
Pure Synergy is a great company! Not only are they located in the beautiful area of Moab, Utah, but they have a great line of products. I’m not a fan of supplementation since no pill, powder, or potion can ever replace a diet of fresh, whole, ripe, raw foods. I like to use their Pure Radiance C powder in my smoothies since it is all food grade and contains only fruit. There are so many benefits to vitamin C especially because our #1 dietary risk is not eating enough fruit. On top of , vitamin C boosts the absorption of iron and I used to be anemic my whole life until I went vegan 8+ years ago and noticed great results when I increased my fruit and my intake of vitamin C, especially when I used to get sick all the time.
vitamin b12 & D
The two vitamins that I always keep an eye out for are B12 and vitamin D. Deficiencies in these vitamins are not vegan specific since over 40% of Americans have been found to be deficient in B12 and 42% were found to be deficient in D. I get my blood tested at least once a year and check to make sure that these levels are within the healthy range and they always are. My B12 and D levels have actually continued to increase (without supplementation) on this lifestyle mainly because I eat a healthy diet, I eat enough calories each day, I have improved my gut health through detoxification, I get plenty of exercise, as well as fresh air and sunshine as much as possible.

The best herbal tinctures, teas, and salves on the market is from Dr. Morse’s Herbal Health Club. I’m not an affiliate with this company but I recommend these drops specifically because our soil quality has depleted and people do not consume enough fiber and mineral rich greens. 100% pure
I really enjoy 100% Pure’s line of makeup and skincare. Their eyeshadow’s and blushes are my favorite. I use their Pretty Naked II eyeshadow palette to play up my eyes. I don’t wear makeup all the time and a little bit goes a long way for me. Please know that you are already beautiful as you are and that you don’t need makeup but if you would like to use makeup on occasion or for fun, then I would recommend 100% Pure since their products are all organic, vegan, 100% free of artificial colors, artificial fragrances, synthetic chemical preservatives and toxins. Their makeup is of course cruelty-free and derived from natural fruit based pigments.

I keep my makeup super simple but if it’s important to you, then I wanted to recommend Gabriel since they have the best powder on the market!
