Payments are due 24 hours prior to your appointment. To respect your time and mine, I require a 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations made without a 24 hour notice, will incur the full session fee. “No shows” will also incur the full session fee. Should you need to reschedule a coaching session, you may do so by providing 24 hours written notice in advance of your session and reschedule the session with my approval as soon as possible. It is important that you prioritize this work to receive the full benefit of your coaching. I do not offer refunds on my coaching services or packages. Paid sessions and packages must be used within 60 days of purchase as well. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions prior to scheduling or paying for your session.
